Russ Stoddard | President, Oliver Russell and Associates

Russ Stoddard began his career as a river guide before entering the corporate world where he has become recognized as an expert working at the confluence of business and social responsibility.

He is the founder and president of Oliver Russell, a public benefit corporation that builds brands for purpose-driven companies whose products, services or business models benefit society. Oliver Russell has been recognized internationally as a “Best Workplace” multiple times.

Russ is a leader in the certified B Corporation community, a new classification of companies that use the power of business to solve social and environmental issues. He also co-founded the Social Good Network, has started five nonprofits, and serves as advisor to social enterprise startups, including GoodWell.

Russ has received Ethics in Business recognition from the Rotary Club, a Silver Medal Award from the American Advertising Federation for community service, the Vern Emery Award for lifetime service from the YMCA, and the Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Puget Sound for lifetime achievements in community service.

He lives in beautiful Boise, Idaho, with his wife, Sarah, and their standard poodle, Roux. He loves to ride his bike, ski, read, and volunteer.
